Service of Electronic Delivery, Registration and Analysis is part of the Service Department.
Main activities
- Information-library services for the readers.
- Fulfilling information inquiries and requests from the readers or libraries subscribed through interlibrary subscription.
- Registering the readers, operating the database of readers.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting statistical and sociological research aimed at studying readers’ needs, quality assessment of the Service Department operation.
